Property Evaluation.
After the initial phone call we would arrange a visit where a member of our dedicated team will assess your property in order to make sure that it meets all the necessary requirements from the relevant Local Authority. Do not worry if your property needs a bit of TLC as Urgent Housing would cover the associated repair costs.
Rent Guarantee.
After the property assessment is done and both parties are satisfied a Guaranteed Rent Agreement is signed. This type of agreement ensures you are getting your rent paid every month no matter what and is also an excellent way for savvy Landlords to hedge against the reforms implemented by the new Government. This Non-Assured Shorthold Tenancy falls completely outside the scope of the Renters Right Bill giving you and your asset all the flexibility you need. You will be able to lease your property for up to 5 years without worrying about any voids, management fees or day to day maintenance. All rental figures are matched with the current market rates.
Maintenance & Inspections.
Our Guaranteed Rent Agreement covers all day to day maintenance excluding any external and structural repairs. Our team consists of professional tradesmen and experienced property managers who would carry out regular inspections to make sure your property is being looked after.
